Your first appointment
When you visit us for the first time you’ll meet with one of our counsellors for a triage appointment. The counsellor will discuss with you the challenges you’re facing and the options available to help you – these may include further individual counselling sessions, group sessions and online resources.
Your counsellor may also refer you to other services in the community that will be better placed to support you.
Your triage appointment will take about 20 minutes. Before it starts we’ll ask you to fill in some forms and questionnaires to help us understand your circumstances and how you’re feeling.
