All students applying for an Australian student visa must meet the Australian Government Genuine Student (GS) requirements.
Prospective students must show they are coming to Australia temporarily to gain a quality education and may be required to submit (GS) documents if requested as part of their application.
The GS requirement is not intended to exclude students who, after studying in Australia, develop skills Australia needs and who then go on to apply for permanent residence.
If your country of citizenship does not appear in the list below or you are already onshore with a current Australian student visa you can either apply directly to Murdoch or via an agent, the choice is yours.
Applicants who are a citizen of a country listed below and are not already onshore with a current Australian student visa must apply via an agent and will be required to submit (GS) documents for assessment including the GS Stage 2 form, an up to date Curriculum Vitae and a Personal Statement addressing the GS requirement.
Some applicants may also be asked to provide a Declaration of Financial Capacity form and supporting documents - please contact your Agent to confirm if these documents are required for your initial application.
