Your research journey starts with two things: a topic you're inspired by and a supervisor to support you throughout the course of your research.

You'll be investing a lot of time and effort into your research, so it's important that your topic inspires you and will keep you motivated throughout your research journey.
Find a supervisor
Your choice of supervisor is one of the most important decisions you will make as a research candidate. We recommend that you speak to a potential supervisor at Murdoch before you apply.
International Students
Prospective international research applicants are required to complete and submit an EOI in Higher Degree Research Candidature form before applying for admission.
The information you provide will be used to assess your qualifications and suitability to undertake higher degree research and the Graduate Research Office capacity to provide you with an advisory team, research facilities, project funds and general infrastructure and support services.
If your expression of interest is successful, you will be invited to submit a formal application.
